Pastor Frank DeLalla and his wife Erica started the Savior Community Church in 2005 with the help of one other family. What we expect from you: Come as you are. Bring your doubts, your questions, your hurts. Savior is a safe place to learn about the Christian worldview, and especially about Jesus.
We believe that true soul-satisfying joy is to be found in Jesus Christ. Human beings were created to worship and enjoy Him. He came to bring life and restoration. Come and taste it with us.
Our Focus
Why do we exist? We believe that human beings exist to glorify God by enjoying Him forever. The greatest pleasures are to be found in Christ. We often use three imperatives to help us focus on glorifying God:
- Love God 1 Peter 3:18 says that, "Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God." The great gift of Christ's cross is that it makes intimacy with God possible! The Bible teaches that this is in large part what we were created to enjoy.
- Live Community Christ-centered community is an essential part of a healthy spiritual life. We want to nourish deep relationships for mutual encouragement and mutual accountability, seeking to be built up and to build up others in Christ.
- Be Servants We participate in Christ’s ongoing work of restoration by being His hands and feet in a broken world. The Gospel leads to life transformation which naturally leads to joyful service.
